Hi everyone,
I’ve been looking into the Squier Affinity Series® Stratocaster® Junior HSS, which has been available since mid-year.
That's the one i'm talking about: fender.com
While it’s labeled as a "Junior" guitar, it actually features a Jaguar scale length of 24".
I know that the "older" and shorter (22.75" scale) Squier Mini’s neck could be mounted on a regular Stratocaster body without any issues regarding scale length or intonation—it worked like a conversion neck.
Does anyone know if the neck of the new 24" Affinity Junior can also be used as a conversion neck for a standard-scale Stratocaster?
Specifically, could it be used to convert a 25.5" scale Strat into a 24" scale guitar?
I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with this model or similar setups.
Thanks in advance!
