Like many, I’ve been down an Ozzy/Sabbath rabbit hole since Ozzy’s death which admittedly hit me harder than I would have expected. This period has Ozzy’s voice at arguably its finest and Iommi is his usual riff-master self. I’m sure there will be more in the weeks to come as I continue to reminisce of the great Oz!

I used my Boss ME-80 to trigger on/off the rotary effect. For the solos I mostly just improvised with my usual pentatonic wankery. Iommi’s solos to my ear aren’t so memorable that they need to be played note for note. I typically just improvise them and try to keep a similar feel and vibe.
