Tiny Spots On Nitro Finish

My Strat has tiny spots on the body and they won't go away after I clean it. You can only see it directly with light. I was curious to see if anyone knew what causes this?

I think I might have the same problem, but it's with my Vintera Road Worn, so I can't tell if the spots were already there and if they were supposed to be there

One way to cure the problem is to not look closely at the guitar under direct light.
