The only company that springs to mind is Faber, not that I’ve ever seen anything like that but I believe they are a German company known for making excellent bridges and hardware

What @Butcher of Strats said… looks like a Schaller 456…

Edit: After researching it a bit more, it appears they are now discontinued and highly sought after. Made famous by Tony Iommi, this bridge is on his Old Boy Jaydee Custom SG.

I agree that it looks like Schaller, would make sense being made in Germany. But normally, they’d write Schaller on it, wouldn’t they? Does it say Germany or W. Germany?

If anyone is looking for an actual vintage Schaller 456 Bridge, I have a complete one still in the original box. I bought it in the seventies in Canada for a guitar I was building, but never got around to installing the bridge. My understanding is that these are pretty rare now, and in demand if you are trying to build your own John Diggins built SG Old Boy.

Are you implying because I do not have the box or tool it is not a Schaller bridge in your first post on the forum?

Welcome aboard you should be a lot of fun.

Not at all! Just stating that I have one, that I bought and never used, so sorry if I seemed to imply anything otherwise. I have sent an email to Jaydee Custom Guitars to see if they can use it, as his "Old Boy" guitars are no longer available with a Schaller 456. Not a big forum user, but will keep an eye out for forum streams where I can "bridge" that gap...
