Previously I only had Strat Style guitars. For different tonal options I tried out several T-style guitars. Then I noticed that my local guitar store had a new Esquire Anniversary Edition in store and on sale for 1500. With a nice case, certificate etc. I compared It in the store against a Vintera 50’s Tele. The reviews on the Esquire were very favourable and now I know why. It sounds awesome and played nicer than the Vintera. Very light guitar and acoustically it sounds very good. The pickup is awesome. With volume and tone control there are more than enough sound options. Rolled edges on the fretboard and nitro finish give it a nice feel.
This is my most expensive guitar but worth it.

Thanks and you have a nice collection there 👍.
Thank you. The pickup in the 70th is just dope. I've had my few Esquires in this life, this 70th is the absolute best, better than the 54ish I used for a glorious couple of months in 71/72.

Well spoken. That pickup is indeed VERY special. Magnificent sound. A fine instrument.
