I have a Bullet Strat I bought last year and really like it. It would of been nice to have an upgraded new one like the new Sonic series but for obviously more money I can have a guitar that I am going to mod to get it where I really want it instead of paying more for one that I'm going to mod anyways. Just a thought. 🤔

Well.. Will is seriously thinking about a Squier Jazzmaster Mini.

With a 22" scale I'm hoping it'll be even easier to play than my 24" Duo-Sonic, and with buckers it'll give a bit of variation to the single coils in the Duo-Sonic.

As someone whose fretting hand has sustained two pretty serious injuries over the years, for me at least, the shorter scale is so much easier to play. To those that say a guitar like the Mini is a toy, or just for beginners, children, those with small hands.. blah blah.. I say.. what do you call a Mandolin, Violin or Ukulele.. ;)

They are getting more and more pricier. But I think they look great. A Bullet for a price of an Affinity...

Maybe my Standard Strat w/rosewood fretboard will soon be a sought-after model?!😁

Surf green rules! (See my avatar) Get it. 👍

Two out of my five Strats have Warmoth short scale necks on them. (The avatar is a standard scale Fender neck) I LOVE the more slinky feel. I can put 10s on and not fight, although I can put 9.5s on as well and it has more beef than a stock set of 9s.

Yes.. I'm a fan of both Surf Green and Seafoam. I used to have a lovely AVRI 57 in Surf Green.. it really was a looker.

These little Jazzmaster's are pretty too, although the neck is even shorter scale than my Duo-Sonic. At 22".. that's 3/4 size. I've 10s on my 24"Duo-Sonic, and I have no problem with the tuning on that. I should imagine 10s should be fine on 22", and if not I'd be prepared to step up to 11s..
