OK, so it’s only four hours, I’ve put down the paper bag and am breathing normally. Here it’s midday ‘till 4pm. I can deal with that, I’ll be at work but, what if it overruns? These things often, no, always overrun. I could get home from work to nothing, absolutely zilch, and not know whether I’m being ignored or just a victim of an IT bloke’s late lunch, only it’ll breakfast if he’s Stateside won’t it? I’ll be brave, see you on the other side but, if our paths never cross again, please, someone, tell Mr Bit that anything I ever said about him was in jest, seems a decent bloke………………..clearly, I’m not thinking straight under stress………………
