The most recent guitar I bought is this sweet little travel acoustic parlor guitar from Journey. The neck comes off and the whole thing fits into a roller carry-on case. Just took it to Portugal and it fit in the overhead compartment on Easyjet.
Plays nicely, too - big sound.

And, before that, my latest electric is my beloved Les Paul Classic, which I got for Christmas 2021 from my wonderful husband.

Latest amp is my Roland Cube Street EX. Using it for singing at home, and as a stage monitor for gigs. Got it for Christmas 2022

Really nice Les Paul. Nice top, and exposed coils look cool!

I bought this so I could have a nice travel guitar. Where am I going? Nowhere... but that gave me enough reason. It's a great guitar and now my main practice guitar. My goal is to wear down the SS frets. I'm guessing it's not possible, but I can sure tell my playing is improving. Kiesels automatically give you a bump in playing skill. I think it's the magical mojo potato head groove thing they add to each one. 20221112_122130.jpg

Well, I just posted on a NGD thread, but I took some updated pix yesterday.

My latest is a Sawtooth Tele I bought from Rob DiStefano. 6lbs 2ozs, Nashville Lion bridge & Lion King neck, new switch, pots, jack, Gotoh tuners. It's a twanger.

More pics forthcoming, eventually, after it gets a Squier VM Tele Thinline maple neck and possibly a black pickguard. Don't hold your breath waiting for this to happen, though.

I picked up both of these on the same day back in January. I was online looking to trade my modern player tele -- I picked up the Epi Riviera P93 in the trade, but I also stumbled across this IYV for a price a couldn't refuse.

They made a buttload of those IYVs. Selling them on amazon for 180. Then I heard out of the back of a truck for 75.
Nice guitar though.

I'm SOOOO tempted to grab one. There's one listed for $100 locally...I'd probably offer $75 or $80...but I don't REALLY want a green LP. If it was a burst, I'd have jumped on it.

But I got my new baby in today...HB Flying V.
