The only genuine fender I can think of that has no rear trem cover holes is the Eric Johnson strat and I’m pretty sure it didn’t come in that color.

The pictures are largely unhelpful, as they don't really show definitive features. What looks wrong to me is the way the neck plate aligns poorly with the body -- the left edge of the plate seems to protrude beyond the body edge. I disagree with the view that it could be a good grab even if not a Fender. Not a fan of fakes -- if it proves to be a fake.

12th fret markers are in the wrong place. That's sufficient to prove it's not a Fender neck so if the neck isn't real is the body likely to be? .... Err, not with that forearm cut and lack of trem cover screw holes.

The neck/headstock has 1963-64 vibes. May be a decent reissue. Maybe 😆
Yes, with pearloid markers, but a slab board. Mixed features.
Also, that neck plate is completely inaccurate. Font is incorrect, and the large F on a V serial number (yes,it does have a serial #, but...) reissue shouldn't be there, and the position is off.
String tree is in the incorrect spot (for the pre-2012 reissues, but historically correct for pre-CBS and the 2012-2017 AVs).
I also don't think the neck contours or headstock shape are correct.
I do like the tuners.

So, IMO, it's not a Fender product, but still looks cool.
Play it. How is it? It's probably not a $1000 (USD) guitar, but might be nice for lesser money.

Fake, fake fakity fake. Please don't judge Fender based on the quality (or lack thereof) in this guitar.

I'd rather have a Squier.

Decal crooked, neck plate off the charts in the wrong position... while it could probably be setup to be a great player... it doesn't appear to be one that originated from FMIC...
