I picked up this 2003 lefty Affinity for $50 to convert to RH use. Other than the decal residue, missing knobs/strap buttons and one broken tuner everything seemed to be in order. The nut was already reversed and I was happy about that. Then I realized - the tuners are facing up, the neck is from a RH guitar! I’m a little upset, mainly with myself for not recognizing this immediately. So, should I flip it & try to break even or roll with it?.

That stinks my eyes have definitely fooled me before when looking at something and not taking in the whole picture..
Flip the neck.. break even then look for lefty neck..

Lol, that actually looks kinda trick. I mean, who has a righty Strat with a lefty body!? You just made the righty body with lefty neck crowd look so passé. I totally say roll with it

This is new territory to me. I’ve always been a “matching numbers” kind of guy and it’s obvious here that isn’t the case. Even with the awkwardness of it I was expecting this to be “tuners down”. After I get it into playing condition, I’ll decide. Either way, I’m not out much. Thanks for all of your replies & opinions.
