Two packets of Splenda or sweet n low and whatever creamer is handy.
I quit using sugar a few months ago when I started counting carbs.
I could probably learn to live without the artificial sweetener.
Just a splash of almond milk to kill the acidic edge.
I'm also a fan of the richness of Bustelo like @Murdog - or a similar grind/roast Mexican coffee. Sometimes I mix with it a mocha coffee I like for a different edge.
The hospital, amazingly enough, had great coffee. Served just like that. The the nurse delivered and then threw roasted beans around my room like confetti! Then she did a floor show routine in a spangly outfit...
