My wife works in healthcare and gets paid double time and a half today to work so we’re doing the traditional turkey dinner tomorrow. Tonight though:

In 6-8 hours. My not so world famous chilli

We will be serving it in the traditional southern manner, over cornbread topped with sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Pairs well with any domestic or importer beer. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Sounds and looks delicious!

Happy Thanksgiving!
We'll be having raclette tonight.
That's melted raclette cheese from the Alps with boiled potatoes, broccoli, charcuterie (boiled ham, Parma ham, bresaola) and gherkins/cornichons. I add the broccoli because vitamins (and it's good with cheese).
