64' neck? Is it real? Is it fake?

What are the give-aways, for us less knowledgable?
As Bazz Jass says, the stamp is all wrong, the whole thing looks brand new and the very large nail in the coffin is the missing pin router hole on the flat of the heel. If that’s missing, it’s not a vintage Fender neck and at that point it’s not worth even trying with “well it’s hard to say, so and so looks OK”. This is not a vintage strat neck.

Also, the real thing will have a similar pin router hole on the back of the headstock under the D string tuner if you take it off. I’m betting that’s not there either.

I didn't know this...! I never looked...!
Not that it does me any particular good now but...

Only image I can find, and a cheesy one at that, is from ... my least favorite source.

Train-spotter fact - on lefty models from this era, the (filled) hole is visible on the face of the headstock near the D post ;)

and a double hole on the heel...

Yeah some details are sorta subtle but the truss rod being so low is an instant NOPE.
Cannot refinish sand or sharpie the truss into a different spot!

I would agree the RW looks very wrong too, should be Braz.

I got this neck on a partscaster from a frail old man a few months ago. I was told it was a Mexican Fender body with "an old Fender neck" on it. I decided to gamble and buy it, as it actually played really nice and is a good looking guitar. I have asked a few reputable people their opinion on whether it is fake or not. So far, I have 2 that say definitely fake, and one says it looks legit, but they need to see it in person. What say you guys??

Fake by a country mile

Router holes aren't always visible on the front on lefties. But if not, they'll be on the back of the headstock.

If Fender didn't make it, who did? Who else is making veneer necks with traditional heel access truss rods? A pretty ambitious neck to fake only to end up on a cheap partscaster.
