I have a ‘68 Princeton reissue, I think it’s perfect if you want to go the tube amp route. Also love my spark by positive grid. You can get some great tones with that and it’s way cheaper.
I recently acquired a Tone City Mandragora and it is pretty awesome. Only $50 too! My favorite pedal is a TS808 vintage reissue. It’s expensive but I prefer it to most overdrives. I also use an ep boost which depending on your amp can push it to breakup a bit. Either way, most companies have...
You’re right, I was just warning the MIA purists that I’m not trying to hear it today.
The showroom at Righteous is freaking awesome, definitely worth a trip.
CME Exclusive Fender Road Worn '60s Stratocaster in Candy Apple Red
I love this new strat! A year ago I went to Righteous Guitars in Atlanta and tried out a few custom shop strats. This guitar is pretty darn close to those and it’s made in Mexico. My other strat is a player series and although...
Hey friends!
I'm in the market for a new strat and just wanted to collect some of your opinions. I was furloughed in May and sold off most of my gear, except for my Player strat. I also picked up a Squire offset tele this summer. I love almost everything about my player strat, sage green, the...
Hey y’all,
I have been playing guitar for a few years now and for some reason I still get anxiety about posting videos on the internet. I think it’s less about trolls and more about me wanting my playing to be perfect. Either way, since I am practicing social distancing I figured now would be...
+1 on the player series. They feel awesome, and you can upgrade however you want. Custom shop pups, nicer pots, hardware, and all for less than your budget. I really can’t say enough good things about my player series strat and tele. I’ve gotten rid of most of my collection because I only play...
Wow, I didn’t realize how many people were so hardcore about the Classic Vibe strats. I know they’re popular and a great value, but I have yet to play one that felt and sounded better than my player series strats. I haven’t tried any Vintera strats yet. Ive got my eye on that burgundy mist 60’s...
I am a middle school band director. I got my undergrad and masters in music education. Started my musical journey on the trumpet and was good enough to get a scholarship to a music conservatory. I picked up guitar in college and have loved it ever since. Trumpet has always felt more like a job...
Yes, they are awesome! I have several and they all play/feel great. I really love the alnico V pickups. The price is already good but you should be able to get them at a discount. The last two I bought were marked down at least $100
I was the only one for a while, I got there right when they opened. 3 hours later there were maybe 5 more customers. It was a Tuesday around lunch time but I’m sure they get more folks in the evening and on weekends.
