I've been in Guitar Center quite a bit lately and have had some hands on with the new Affinity Squires. This one doesn't seem to jive with what I've played.

Tried, seller is a man of few words. Said it is a Squire LOL. When I look at the shape of the headstock it looks "off" too.

I was thinking the same, but the "q" in squire is wrong on the guitar in question and the truss rod cutout is also a bit "off" compared to a known Squire like the image you reference. Again, it's all in the details :)
