  • Hey Jefro,
I tried what you said that a Fender guitar tech told you about completely backing off the micro-tilt with regards to Strats that play or feel stiff...and I have to thank you (and that tech) for that info, because it solved that issue I was having with my VG Strat. Just like many of you guys on this forum, I also have a few Strats. Most of them play slinky the way I prefer, while a couple are on the stiff side. I'll give those this simple adjustment too. (I also tightened down all the neck bolts after backing off the micro-tilt) Anyway, thanks again for that valuable & useful info.
hey Jefro, I dug up an old thread about the MIM Squiers. it'll be in the Squier Section. the name of the thread is "what can you tell me about the 93 MIM Squier Strat" (or something like that). there's one guy that posted alot of info about them. I had forgotten the thread. enjoy.
Hey man, well i just ordered a few things from an ebay store called choppersmusic. they are in canada, I havent got the stuff yet but i think its on the cheaper side. But they have an ok selection. I guess for the stuff i was looking for. There is also a company stewmac.com it is in the states but it is a luthiers store but the have decent prices and a lot of stuff. check them out.
wayne hosts a blues jam in wasaga on weds. I dont think its his full band though. Caution jam is a Grateful Dead jam band. Espinola slin is a mean ass blues harp player. Look for the listings on that site, bars and shows all over.
Hey whats up. Im from Barrie. Im into the wayne butter blues band, Esponola slim, and a band called caution jam. Do you know any of them? I also check out the tronto blues society for artists to check out.
